Clinical support for adults from a rigorous, close and integrative practice.

Sexologist and psychologist. He integrates clinical and sexological practice with the ability to design, coordinate and develop projects oriented to wellbeing, health, sexuality, inclusion and social transformation.
Félix Gutiérrez is a health psychologist and clinical sexologist. For years he has accompanied individuals and couples through processes of change, growth and personal wellbeing.
His approach is integrative and combines scientific evidence with empathic listening. He works with people who are going through situations that call for change and the development of personal tools: personal conflicts, low mood, anxiety, couple difficulties, life transitions such as menopause or ageing, and difficulties related to specific sexual experiences, approached from a clinical perspective — including inhibited desire, vaginismus, premature ejaculation or erectile difficulties.
His practice is oriented towards building concrete solutions rather than endless therapeutic processes, so that changes can begin to be felt from the first sessions. The aim is to offer a safe and rigorous space in which each story can be listened to, understood and opened towards new possibilities.
“Each story matters, precisely because it is unique. The commitment of therapy is that each person can feel accompanied, understood and, above all, free to be themselves.”
Alongside therapy, he develops training and dissemination projects in psychology and sexology. His work moves in two directions at once: offering close and effective support to people who are looking for help, and contributing to psychology and sexology as living, critical and transformative fields of knowledge.
His professional path has been shaped by international experience in projects related to disability, education and health, both in Spain and across Latin America and different European countries. These experiences have allowed him to work in diverse contexts, deepening his understanding of culture, biography and the transformative capacity of people and communities when they have access to meaningful resources.
He has collaborated in initiatives aimed at strengthening autonomy, participation and quality of life, always from a perspective that places respect, dignity and the recognition of each personal history at the centre. This background has shaped his understanding of psychology and sexology not only as clinical disciplines, but also as tools to expand wellbeing, freedom and human development in a broader sense.
